Youngstown, Ohio-Based Taylor-Winfield Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of material joining, tube processing induction heating, and auto mation systems, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Haven Manufacturing Corp., a provider of tube cutting and processing machinery in Brunswick, Ga.
The acquisition expands Taylor-Winfield's product portfolio, aftermarket support capabilities, and customer reach. Existing Haven machinery owners will continue to receive aftermarket support, including replacement parts, technical assistance, service support, rebuild programs, and modernization opportunities.
